Positive: Nice clean appartement, has everything one needs for a short or a long stay. Friendly host. Nice small pool only for oneself. Nice view from the balcony.

Negative: The general area is still under construction. Will probably become a very nice area one day. Accessibility without car would be very difficult atm.
